Kind of depressing to realize that. Thanks though.

Hi Jim,
I just finished reading Terminal Uprising and just loved it. Then I read your blog, and saw about your life, single parent and loss of your wife Amy.
I am 7 years out from cancer industry torture, (sorry to call it that, I know many people feel the cancer Industry is just great) but that was what it was, and is for me. A horrific debacle. Volcanic, boiling rage doesn’t even come close, if you know what I mean.
I spend a lot of time reading escapist fiction, and your Janitors of the Apocalypse series is just marvelous for me in so many ways. I love Mops, a strong female lead, a smart ass like me. Wolf appeals to my desire to punch the crap out of quite a few people ( a desire I never give in to) and I can vicariously root for justice, to finally to be meted out, in small measure to those who deserve it.
I really, really am looking forward to the next installment, and will read your other books. I know you are mad busy as a single parent, but keep writing when you can.
The killer Dachshunds really cracked me up too.
